Belajar GMAT bersama mas Sandy top pokoknya deh. Beliau sangat supportif dan antusias mengajar muridnya. Ketika saya bingung, beliau akan selalu mencoba mencari cara agar saya bisa mengerti, tapi uniknya adalah saya harus mengerti dengan usaha saya sendiri, tidak langsung diberi tahu jawabannya, jadi saya bisa lebih paham. Beliau juga sangat responsif ketika dihubungi untuk ditanya tentang GMAT bahkan ketika hari libur. Every Monday-Wednesday-Friday I have to come to Cikini at 6-8am in the morning to do the simulation test on GRE and learn about it before i go to work. Then, in the Saturday, I have to attend the 6-7 hours group course on GMAT and on Sunday, I take the GMAT simulation test for 3 hours. It almost have no life at that months. Well in fact Mr. Sandy even advice me in the 1st class: “Dini, from now until you finally take the real GMAT test, your priority is GMAT. Your Saturday is for GMAT. Family, Boyfriend, Friend, Office, and other its your next priority after GMAT if you want to be successful with GMAT.” Now you can imagine how hard and challenging is learning GMAT and how to improve the score. I really appreciate how Mr. Sandy really want the students success and very committed with all the students. Respect!
When I first read through the SAT Preparatory book alone, I panicked. There were so many things I didn’t understand, and I could barely guess at the answers of half the question. After attempting to study alone and only becoming more and more frustrated, I enrolled in Sandy Leksana Institute—a mere 2 months before taking the SAT exam. During My diagnostic test, I failed the maths section of the SAT, and achieved a barely passing score in the 1500’s. After just 12 meeting (1 month) of extensive training, explanations and practices set for me, I finally understood exactly what I needed to do for the exam. It was so much easier when I listened to the teacher’s to-the-point explanations!
2 months later, when I checked my SAT scores, I couldn’t believe it. I had increased my score to 2340/2400, scoring full marks in the Reading section, and achieving 780/800 for Maths. Thank you to Sandy Leksana Institute and the Extremely effective coaching that has helped me achieve this!
SLI has really helped me in preparing for my GMAT test. At first, I only self-studied using free materials from the internet, but after a few months I felt no progress in my skills. After that, I tried to join SLI’s online group course as I got recommended by a friend. The 10 weeks course covered all the materials required for the GMAT and has helped me significantly in my preparation. Mr Sandy also explained the core concepts and strategies eloquently, which helped me reach an understanding I couldn’t possibly achieve during my self-study. After the test, I reviewed the materials once more as the handouts are so helpful for me to recall all the concepts & strategies. In the end, I managed to achieve a 720 GMAT score on my first attempt. I would recommend for anyone thinking about taking the GMAT to take SLI’s course to help them get the fundamentals for a good GMAT score
Awalnya saya beli buku GMAT tapi bingung mulai belajarnya darimana. Setelah browsing di internet untuk cari info dimana saja tempat les GMAT, SLI merupakan salah satu tempat les GMAT yang reviewnya sangat bagus. Berhubung sambil kerja, jadi saya hanya bisa les pada malam hari atau weekend, dan SLI ada kelas malam hari untuk private dan weekend untuk group. Setelah saya daftar dan masuk kelas group GMAT, ternyata cara mengajarnya oke dan sistematis, materinya juga lengkap. Pengajarnya Mas Sandy pinter banget dan sabar juga cara menjelaskan materi berkali-kali kalau kita belum mengerti. SLI juga provide modul latihan yang bisa kita kerjakan diluar jam les, dan bisa cek jawabannya via WA ke pengajarnya langsung. Materi SLI lengkap dan komperhensif buat basic kita ambil tes, tapi kita harus tetep rajin latihan sendiri juga. Overall, SLI recommended banget buat GMAT preparation. Sukses terus ya! Thank you!
